I can't figure out how to get sound out of the Line out 2 port on sound cards. mine goes Line out 1 - Line Out 2 - Line in 1. Anyone know?

What sound card do you have? Look for an updated driver. I don't know what else could be blocking it. Are you disconnecting Line 1 when testing? Maybe Line 1 has to be in operation first.

Look in the control panel for you soundcard settings. A lot of the settings for 5.1/6.1/7.1 output motherboards are software selectable.
