Linksys router

Here's a problem. I want to make a server. But I have a few comp's at home through the router. So I need to hook up router(dont remember how) to forward whoever types my IP to specific comp. How?

Go into your router setup and look for an option for port forwarding. Tell it to forward port 80 to whatever computer you want to run the webserver on. I can give you exact instructions if you provide me with what router you have.

Already found :) But thanx anyway... Now have another problem. Apache works fine in localhost, but cannot find from original IP. FTP works, but not HTTP. Put the right IP in HTTPD.config but still doesnt work

Ftp runs on port 21 and http on port 80, make sure you add them both.

Yep...did it. And checked the config file a few times. Cant find the problem. FTP works, HTTP doesnt

Sorry, I have never used Apache so i don't know anything about it's configuration...
