Good day Ozzu-ians

I have a customer who's having problems with his Network card. The situation is this...

He's trying to connect to an internal network as well as internet but not able to. It tries to connect but he's getting this error

No Association with AP

Could anyone explain to me how I can go about to fix this problem?
