looking for a motherboard the has pci-x and supports AMD 64

I have been looking for a motherboard that has at least one pci-x slot and supports the new 64 bit amd chips? I have been looking all morning on pricegrabber and have come up empty handed. Anyone know of a motherboard that has both of these? Thanks,
