i have a power supply that has a 20 pin connector for the mobo, but the mobo has a 24 female connector, i connected the 20 pin into the 24, and the pc is working well, will it create any long term damage to my mobo or pc ?
thanks.

The extra pins are more power buses. You can get adapters like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6812101121 but if it seems to be working, I guess just let it go
