Motherboard and Processor

Is there any motherboard availible which supports my Intel 2.4 Ghz 478 pin Processor and the new Intel Core2Duo ? Also i need 2 PCI-e Slots (SLI) in that motherboard. I was thinking of buying a new motherboard and a new graphic card but i dont have enough money to get the Processor too. So i was thinking if i could get a mobo which would have 2 sli slots and would support both my old proccessor and the new Intel processor so that i would upgrade the processor later.

Initially i was thinking of AMD, but i dont have the money right now and im having problems with this computer and i really need to get a graphic card. There's no point in getting a graphic card for this motherboard because ill be upgrading soon.
