I borught an mp3 an year ago from ebay.It was working well untill on e day it said disk error i tried formatting it but no difference please help me thnks

Send an email to the manufacturer, or try to get an "RMA" to return it. Some of them don't really ask many questions about when or where you bought it - if something's wrong with it, they'll fix it. Not always, but it's worth a shot.


If you'd really rather just get help here, we need to know what kind of mp3 player it is (brand name, model name, model number).

There must be a manufacturer, have you tried opening it up to see if there is a name there?
