I hope this is the right forum but anyway....

I have a computer with the cable modem connecting to a wireless router at one end of the house. I have computers set up all over the house that have wireless ethernet cards in them and they all work fine except for one computer in a corner at the other end of the house. It's just that corner of the house because my laptop works fine with the wireless anywhere in the house except that corner too. So how can I make that corner of the house get a signal. I've tried a wireless range extender from d-link but no luck. Help me out.

You're either going to have to move the wireless router (which still might not work) or just use a wired connection when connecting in that corner of the house.

Yup, there are out there. To be honest, I'm not sure exactly what hardware you'd need to get to extend your range, but just have a browse of LinkSys's site.

There should be sort of a wireless repeater for it I guess?
Back in Brazil we'd increase the range of it by placing that metal mesh used for cleaning in the kitchen. I forget the name of that thing right now for some odd reason.

I still think it would be best to get a piece of hardware though 8)
