PC not Working, It seems die

My system is AMD athelon, 1800Mhz, 80GB hd, 256 Ram..

Earlier my system showed "Server Busy" Dialog box then it restarted.. again showed the same one.. I open my cabinet and clean all the parts & also reinsert RAM. After that it opened. Again when I restarted it gave 3 beep sounds.. again i clean parts and set RAM to other slot.. Not my CPU is not opening after pressing Power Button. It also not giving any light, no beeps...

Plzzzzzzz.. help me out...

mother board battery or ram replace the mother board battery or try replacing ram
