Back To Hardware

open a folder but it will back again to folder?help?

I've open a folder and it just came back to folder where ever you put the folder.......and my installed apps. software was become a folder such as my collection of MSoffice software become folder and if i open it it's empty in the ALL PROGRAMS...i need help..

check you task manager and send me total item run and processing file.
after the checking these item i will provide you solution or another way.
