First off, Im pretty sure it hasnt been overclocked at all. Second, I dont even want to get near pushing it over the edge, just a slight upgrade.

I've got a giant case thats got 4 fans going right now.
A 2.8 Pentium 4. 400 Watt power supply. Asus P4S8X mother board. (8X AGP, I have it working now too  ) 512 DDR 333 Ram.

I know I have to download a tweaker of some sort, I've never looked into this too much. What would you suggest be my course of action? What tweaker would I use for it? My warranty is up already, the company I bought the comp from went out of buisiness.

You might want to check out http://www.omegadrivers.net/.

There are alternate drivers available for ATI and Nvidea.
Quote:
The purpose of the Omega Drivers is to provide gamers with an alternate set of drivers, ones that have more options and features than the original sets. The drivers contain optimizations, extra features (like OC capabilities), more resolutions and internal tweaks that can give them the edge in a gaming enviroment over the normal drivers, which are often tailored for synthetic benchmarks.

Here's a forum you might want to check out:
