I have 4, 120mm fans that have a 3 pin connector. Now I can run this through my motherboard but will that heat everything up alot, from all the power running through it?

There should be some paperwork for your mobo & that paperwork should have some voltage/ect ratings for each of thoose conectors.
Your fans should also have this information on them.

As long as the numbers on your fans don't exceed the numbers on your mobos paperwork, you should be fine.
Strong with this one, the sudo is.
