Look at the event viewer for clues.

I looked on there and I see a bunch of ESENT error, #'s 455, 489, 623. The catergories are Logging/Recovery, General, and Tansaction Manager respectively.

I checked eventid.net which is my usual spot to find solutions to event IDs. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a specific solution to your problem. A hotfix was mentioned but I don't know which one.
