PNY Flash drive that stoped working

I have a PNY Flash Drive that stopped working (256 Meg.). When I plug it into any PC there is no response from the computer or lights on the drive. The controller chip is labeled:
PS2151,
0433,
P09m7-010kff.

The memory chip is labeled:
Samsung 422,
K9K2G08U0M,
YIKO
NPD967xx
Sticker on chip: E256MB, 511-040915007, 00-1.03

I am planning to buy an identical drive, and removing the memory chip. If anyone has chip schematics or advice on this procedure, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Hi!
I have also a big problem in my flash to, it is not working, well actually it's system is corrupted changed to raw, its memory is shown full 0byte and free is also 0 byte, but actually it's memory was 485Mb and i wanted to format it, but windows can't format it, so please tell me what to do!
