I am building a computer and I bought two identical 80mm fans. I am going to put them next to each other, and I was wondering: What directions should I have them facing for maximum circulation?

No, you should have the same amount of fans blowing in as blowing out.

You want a good flow of air passing over the componets, so you are going to want to place one blowing in at the front of the case at the bottom, and then one blowing out the back at the top.

Dangles knows what he is talking about. You want air to circulate when trying to cool a case. You should check to see how many other fans your computer has. If it already has one fan blowing in and your PSU fan blowing out, you should make one of your new fans blow in and one of them an exaust. Balance your fans so that you can have air circulating throughout the case and all of your components will stay nice and cool.
