Is that a general question or do you have a specific problem? Hardware is a very broad topic, so you should post more details on what exactly you want...

i have 2 hard drive in my pc i just installed one today and i cant get it to show up on my pc no where anyone know how to fix this?

1. What operating system do you use?
2. What interface does the HDD use, i.e. IDE, SATA, etc. and are the cables properly connected?
