Question: Dell 4700 C Graphics card

Hello, My friend wanted to play counter strike: Source.
He started the game and it would not play, it said something
about graphics so we think it would be a graphics card problem.
I wanted to know if there is an AGP slot or a Pci or any slot so
he can buy another graphics card and put it inside of his
Dell 4700 C If it is possible or impossible Post it here

It has a PCI Express graphics slot, but it's half height. The only company I have found that makes half height video cards is Jaton (never heard of them before)

DELL ship out the 4700c system with a standard onboard 16x pci express chipset for the video section.
As regards an upgrade, the system has a pci express slot that could be used for a graphics card.
