That is the official ATi Catalyst driver for Radeons. Do you know if the card even works?

When you turn on the PC with the x850 in it, do you see anything?

So the card works but the drivers refuse to install? I'll do more research.

Go there and on the ledt look for Windows XP - Radeon - Previous Drivers. Listed there is all the Catalyst drivers since 5.1 and they are at 6.3 now. Try any of them and see if they work.

To resolve this issue, download and install Catalyst 6.2 or later

Not sure what to tell you.

Well did you try installing the previous version of the driver. I believe they keep some of the old drivers available for you to download. I have known this to happen as well.
