i have my drives in raid 0 right now and start times are like 3 mins. i have 2 wd green drives and i am thinking they are just as fast as if i did not raid..

i am about to format my pc and i wanted to know should i keep the raid 0 config?

RAID0 is supposed to increase read/write performance. If you don't think it is any faster than don't do it. The bad thing about RAID0 is if one drive dies you lose the whole array.

ya losing the whole array is not a problem.. i have a back up system each night.

is this on a personal computer or a server of some sort? If personal, why would you need it to be RAID 0?
