Hello all,
I just upgraded my coputer to a asus p5ld2 deluxe motherboard, with 2x512mb sticks of ocz 5400 ddr2 ram, nvidia xfx 7900gt 256mb pci-e, Pentium d 3.0ghz 2x2mb L2 cache, and a roswill 550 modular psu. I got everything working fine but noticed that when i boot up that my ram is only clocked at 4300 instead of 5400. So i need your advice on what to do here. Thanks in advance you always pull though.

do you think you have a bad stick and is only clocking at 4300.. try them one at a time and see if you have the same problem. and look to see if there is any jumpers that need to be set for the ram to run that high..
could it be that the CPU is a Intel?
