anyone know how to reset the Acess Point back to factory defaults.

there should be a rather small hole in it somewhere. just like the hold in a cd-rom drive that will make it eject. inside the hole should be a button that, when pressed, will reset it back to factory defaults.

haha yea.. weird. i have a d-link di604 router and the reset is on the back, next to where the power cord plugs in. which says absolutely nothing about your model :) but yea.. just trying to off any info i have.

I am really starting to hate D-link, this thing doesn't work right so I went to thier website to find some support docs, and they don't even support that model anymore. Guess I should have stuck with Linksys.

haha...wow.

yea.. evidently. i like them b/c cisco owns them :)

but d-link was cheaper and my dad was the one buying the router and this was a kinda long time ago.. *shrug* i'd suggest searching google for the docs, see if you can find them there. esp. since they have pages cached so then even if the page doesn't exist anymore, you can see the page that they have cached on their server :)
