I got windows on an AMD64 with a Radeon x600XT 256MB video card. Currently i'm running dual monitor mode, my question is,
"can i run more than two monitors?"

current setup: two CRT 17" one connected through DVI (converter) and one though normal analog connection

by the way the Video Card is PowerColor

You can run more than 2 monitors if your video card supports more than 2 monitors. Otherwise, no, not without getting a second video card :)

My FX5200 and my ATi Raedeon 9800 Pro AIW both came with DVI -> VGA converters. I might just end up getting cables, they make cables that convert between any combo you could ever want. The converters never seem to connect fully and don't give the best of feeling. Plus I bent the DVI connector on my vid card bumbing into the cable with one of thise converters on it.
