Should Seagate Support x64 OSs?

It seems ironic, but Seagate requested a poll be taken to decide whether their HDs should support these OSs. Therefore, here is a link to participate in that poll:

EDIT: As a member of another forum quickly pointed out, the issue is with their HD software, not with the HD iself.

call me crazy, but in all reality I don't think that many people actually install specialty HD software. The drivers are usually up to the OS in which case there's a pretty good chance that a 64 bit OS contains 64 bit drivers. What other software would you really need either 32 or 64 bit?

This is not about drivers, for as you say, the OS contains them natively. This is not about Seagate drives in general, but their external drives that use Freeagent Go, which is for backup purposes, and is also necessary to control how and how long the drive will remain powered up. Without x64 compatability, the drive is almost useless in any x64 OS.
