Sony Vaio with built in camera

My boss has a new computer. He loves it but doesn't know how to use everything it comes with.

It has a built in camera, called a Sony Visual Communications Camera. It is right at the top of his monitor.

But we can't find anything on how it works, or how to activate it - any ideas?

BTW - I like your picture - it reminds me of a friend of my daughter that got a tatoo from a really cheap place, of course they mispelled love - but other than that it was really a good price!
