I have some Logitech Z-680's hooked up to my motherboard (integrated 7.1 audio), and it works beautifully. Three 3.5 mm wires for the front, rear, and center/sub. I want these speakers to work with whatever I play on my tv also, but the only way I can really think of is to run it through my computer. But then I'd probably end up buying an All-In-Wonder for tv purposes.

Is there ANY other way? :(

You could run a cable from the output of your tv to the line in on your computer, and use your computer as a mixer

If your TV or cable doesn't provide 5.1 surround, they won't work as you might expect. You will only get stereo.

Logitech makes and includes the adapter he needs with the Z-640s, I don't see why they wouldn't include it in the Z-680.

Albatron Intel 865PE Pro II

Even if I do recieve only a stereo signal, the Dolby Pro Logic II can create a realistic 5.1 experience.

For the most part, I figured out one thing I could do as far as movies. My PlayStation 2 has a Optical Audio out, while my Z-680 decoder has an inny. I'll pick up an optical audio cable and see if that will work for now. I take it I might be keeping my PS2 that I planned on selling.

We'll see what I can do.

Use your Line-In from the TV and hook up the speakers.
