From what I have found this is due to improperly joining PC's to the domain.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Go to the PC that is giving you the error.
2. Remove the PC from the domain by joining it to a workgroup, workgroup name can be anything
3. Reboot
4. Join PC back to the domain.
5. Reboot

I hope that helps.

Glad I could help you out.

Windows is picky about how you join PC's to the domain, if you don't reboot you will experience problems.
