Task Manager Disabled

Each time I try ctl+alt+del to access windows task manager the following error message appears: "Task manager has been disabled by the system administrator". How do I solve it?

Follow the instructions backwards....This only applies if the registry isn't blocked either.

In short...set "DisableTaskMgr" value to "0" in the registry...don't mess with anything else unless you know what your doing...well you could back it up...

Is it your PC or are you on a network that doesn't belong to you? If it isn't yours, then you need the system administrator's password. Do you have it?
