TRANSFER PHOTOS TO PHOTO FRAME

I am getting an I/O device error when trying to transfer pictures from my computer to a digital photo frame. I have successfully installed a memory card in the photo frame. and have also successfully connected to the computer with a USB cable. Any suggestions?
