Everytime I try to acess the menu, it flickers instead. What's wrong? Is there a menu lock? If so, How do I unlock it?

Does it open and then go away immediately? Or does it go on and off and on and off?

Make sure the button isn't stuck or sticking. Check for a physical short or loose button, wire, board, etc...

If not, it could just be bad. I've never used it, but I did google it, and found nothing of the sort. It just seems like a normal monitor. Is this some sort of software based control menu or is this the OSD?
