Unable to Initialize External Drive <> Bad to Worse

Thanks for trying,
I have called and talked to them....as soon as they find out I am the second owner they refuse to help. I have offered to pay with no help....Ive asked for a superviser and they tell me no im not a customer.

Your only other option is to try and find someone who is an Alienware customer and see if they can hook you up.

I finally found and now have the 5620ds bios for the aleinware area 51-m.

This might sound dumb, but why haven't you installed SP2 ?

You then need to mark drive as active in disk managment.
