Video card for HP pavillion dv6000 laptop

Hey guys, im new here, and i was wondering if u could help me on some doubts i have.
I have a HP pavillion dv6000 laptop, with the following specs:
Processor:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7700 @ 2.40GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory:
2046MB RAM
Hard Drive:
111 GB
Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS
I was wondering if its possible to change my laptops video card, cuz its weak....
Maybe u guys can help me, cuz i read some other topics and i saw that only certain high tech laptops can have their video card changed....
