None. The router should come with a patch cable to connect it to your DSL modem.

You connect the supplied patch cord from your DSL modem to the WAN port of the router. You can then either physically make a connection to the LAN side of the router for your computer, or you can connect wirelessly with a 802.11g or b wireless card

-Does this router overheat? (i game for HOURS sometimes i play ALL day)
No, I doubt it will give off any noticeable heat at all.

-is it worth it?
That depends. Why are you getting it?

-will it connect at 756k? (thats how fast the DSL is...)
It connects at 54 Mbps/11Mbps so the router will not be a bottleneck

-thats it
Yay

Bottleneck? Like the neck of the bottle.

Like a Artery compared to a Vien.
A Cat5 compare to a phone line?
A..uhh I should stop. :D

Think of a bottle neck like a traffic jam on the highway.

Each car is a packet of data streaming down the information superhighway at 65Mph (No speeding please!). Then down the road, stupid PennDOT is doing another one of their never-endind road projects and all those cars (packets) are forced to only use 1 lane instead of 8. Mass hysteria ensues and your once gleefull 65mph gets reduced down to a sickening 10mph with frequent stops at good ole 0mph.

One you pass that little squeeze, everything goes back to normal. However, your still late for work. And productivity goes to 0!
