When exactly are you hearing the beep? If the beep is at boot time, then you have to count the beeps and find the beep codes for that mother board. If windows has already loaded, then look at the event viewer for clues. Are there any error messages?

Check here: http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm for a list of beep errors.

Most common reasons are faulty/loose RAM or video connector.

Hi that may well be caused by either a loose memory module or one that isnt the same any others that are within your computer, so try and remove all but one module and then give it a try, if that doesn't stop it then it may be worth trying to clean the modules with metholated spirit which sometimes removes and muck or fat that may be causing a connection problem.
It may also be possible to slow the spped of the ram down by editing the settings within the bios of your computer which can sometimes stop the problem.

I hope this helps you out..
