What Motherboard should i get.

I got a AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+ with 1GB of RAM. I want to upgrade to 4GB of RAM, but my current MB will only go up to 2GB. Right now i got an Elitegroup K8M800-M2 with an Award Bios , and VIA chipset. I need something to let me have 4GB of RAM and more PCI ports.

yes i want to keep my CPU. Right now i dont want to upgrade CPU till i get enough money. So it would have to be a MB compatible with this CPU.

Right now I only have 3 PCI. My tower box can take 6. So 5 minimum be nice.

Price range? not sure. I got this MB for $40. I thought that was a good price for it. Maybe under $100 if possible. At least give me what's available
