Hi

I want to buy a new graphics card but I unable to do so becuase I dont know if the card I am going to buy is better or worse than ti4800se (thats really a ti4400 64MB).

So whats its equal nowadays girlfriend FX chips speed wise?

Is it worth overclocking ir before I bin it?... what do I need to overclock a Geforce without having to download software?

i would say the TI series are pretty close to the Geforce fx 5600
i think the 5600 is similar performance, just with the dx9 features

In thr AquaMark 3D tests it shows my Graphics card to be the factor holding my PC back. I suppose a Radeon 9800 Pro is a good bet or should I wait till Radeon X800PRO comes down in price?

AMD 2800
1GB Dual DDR

AquarMark score:
CPU 6,200
GFX 1,800
Total 17,000

depends on what you can afford.
a 9800 pro is what I wanna get :D

the new cards are far to expensive IMO.
the 9800 pro will play all the games there, the X800 series will play them with higher settings and more eyecandy, for about £200/ £200 more lol

A big /agree with Nucleo. I have this card and it still rocks. Cost me £320 ($500 or so) when I got it late last year. I have a Athlon 2400 with it and most new games I play still run in full res with all options turned on no problems!
