Which Heatsink should I get / Will this power supply work?

Which heatsink is better for cooling this motherboard: ASUS A8N-SLI Premium ATX AMD Motherboard

This Heatsink: THERMALRIGHT XP-90C Heatsink

OR

This Heatsink: THERMALRIGHT XP-120 Heatsink

AND

Would this power supply work with the above motherboard (I was unsure about connectors and pins): ASPIRE ATX-AS520W BLACK 520W Power Supply

Either heatsink should be fine, yes the power supply will work as well

But which heatsink is better and will keep the system cooler?

I would guess the XP-90C, it is made entirely of copper.
