I upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. I was getting 100% disk usage before the upgrade but the problem went away but is now back. Looking at the event logger I found the following indicating a hardware issue but need some help to identify how to resolve. I cloned the disk before the upgrade and running on a new drive. See attachment.

The availability of Windows 10 Mobile for Windows 8.1 devices will vary by device manufacturer, device model, country or region, mobile operator or service provider, hardware limitations, and other factors.
