addon domain

I have a domain "mehravid.com" hosted by "Parsregister" company with Plesk control panel and "mehravid.ir" hosted by "Rahnama" with cPanel control panel.

"mehravid.com" is redirected to "mehravid.ir" by an script in "index.html".

Yesterday i tryed to add "mehravid.com" as an add on domain for "mehravid.ir" but i couldn't.Since then, neither my "mehravid.com" nor" mehravid.ir" work!

I don't know the reason can you help me out with this? To my surprise, "mehravid.com" is not even added as adondomain for "mehravid.ir" !
