Affordable with PHP Support + Unlimited Subdomains

I was wondering is there such a thing. The best I have found is Kalypsoweb, but I'm not sure if they still offer unlimited subdomains.

I am hoping to create a free host that allows people to set up free sites with PHP support and they get to split the ad revenues! I don't want to pay a great deal for the hosting, less than $40 a year would be good.

Any hosts I might have missed?

I saw one. But it cost $3.95/month with unlimited domain and support PHP ver 4 or 5.

You're going to be hard pressed to find a host that allows unlimited subdomains for $40 a year. Once you get into a high amount of subdomains it tends to slow down BIND and everything else.

Also just as a piece of advice, the guy spamming his Top 5 Web Hosting URL has affiliate links with all of the hosting services on there so he gets money if you sign up. No wonder they're his Top 5 ;P

I wasn't going to click his links. BTW, I found P4HOST which offers it, thanks to the very helpful staff at Kalypsoweb who unfortunately had to shut down the unlimited subdomains because someone was running a script to register millions off them and crashing the server(unfortunately the internet has a few people like this).
