My computer store is now offering webdesign & webhosting to our clients.

What to expect:
I'm expecting to average at least (1) new signup per week.
I need 3 packages to offer them: 20 GB, 50GB & 100 GB.
Also, I'm not going to charge my clients for storage space. I've noticed that's the quick way to lose a client.

We need:
1) A reputable community member of whom has been in business for a while and is not going anywhere.
2) Must have Cpanel & Apache.
3) Must respect that my clients are my clients and not solicit web design services or send them junk email.
edit-I also want free hosting for my site.

I assume you are going to set the prices or are the hosting companies setting that? How much are you going to pay a hosting company for 20, 50, and 100g bandwidth.

Yes, PM or email will work.

And I know that I am new here and it may seem weird of me to say I seek a reputable community member, but I am a longtime Sitepoint member and my profile can be found here.

Thank you.

Anyone else?

hmmmm

1.
Why dont you get one reseller account or VPS account with one web host and create accounts for you clients yourself. Technical support will be provided by your webhost. Every customer will have its own cPanel to manage.

2. You want free website for yourself. Well You can not only get free website, but also can make good amount of money i.e. upto $100.00 each for each customer that you sign up.

To do that become a member of CJ.com. Look for webhosting service providers. Become their affiliate. Have fun!
