I'm asking my host to install XSLT (libxslt) on our dedicated server so that we can facilitate a client who wants to use SimpleInvoices.com
Are there any risks? Can it conflict with anything?

just reading over that page i would hire a security tester to test and patch your system if your going to continue with this. But as another option to take is there any similar software you can choose for software management.
