Hey all
I am running an Apache server (1.3) on my computer. I have cable internet and a Linksys Router connecting both of my computers. In my router configuration i set port triggering on port 80 to go to my IP address. When I type my IP in on my browser, my site comes up, but when my friends try to go to it, it does not work.

If you could help me make it so other people can view my website, It would be greatly appreciated.

If you need any more information then just say so, thanks a lot!

Just as a little note - if you figured it out could you say how you did it? Maybe the information you figured out will be useful to someone else?

I'm guessing you discovered that you want port forwarding instead of port triggering - but it'd be cool if you could say so :)

Jerrek makes a valid point. Post your solution, so that others may derive benefit from your research.

Thanks.

Cheers.

He probable setup an application rule, or server rule to allow connections on port 80 to pass through the router.
