Bandwidth problem :\

Alright I don't know if this is the right place to post but oh well.
To discuss my problem.
I have recently got a dedicated server from
http://www.dome-host.net
Which is actually servers from
http://www.hostrocket.com/
Anyways, I get 1000gb of bandwidth. I don't think any of the above matters but It may help someone help me with my problem.
I get a "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" Error when nobody else does. I have even tried to clear my temporary internet files.
http://www.bladesling.com/ Does that work for you? I am guessing so because everyone else says it does. I asked my provider and he tested it and he said it was fine. I restarted my pc and it worked again, but I have work to do, I can't keep restarting every 15 minutes. This doesn't happen on any other site. Anyone have experience with this problem or getting the bandwidth error message? Thanks

Perhaps you're site is resolving between two hosts? Did you exceed your bandwidth on the previous host and/or recently switch to the current host?
