I host a e-publishing site, and I offer many services to Authors.
A service I'd like to offer is Blogs. I'd like to host a scrip like livejournal, where members have their own blog which they can customise as they wish. But I don't want to have to play around with scripts, I suck at programing, at least right now anyway lol.

A couple of days ago I came across a server who offered exactly what I'm looking for - plenty of MBs and a blog script similar to livejournal already installed. But we had a electric cut, and I lost the site. For the life of me I haven't been able to find it again!

Does anyone know of a sever like this?

I've tried nucleus and b2evolution, but they don't offer what I want.

You can use something like WordPress - although you will need programming skills to intergrate it so that people can sign up for accounts.

At DearDiary.net, we wrote our own application so users can have their own online blogs and customise them. We found this much easier than what was out there already.

We've got a blog server that already has about seven different blogs installed so that you don't need any programming skills or anything!

Really, really easy without scripting! Let me know if I can help.

Take a look at an open source cms - specifically - mambo cms - it offers the exact functionality youre looking for - right out of the box.

Hope this helps...
