Depends how big the pages are you're serving, and what other technologies you're using.

If you're sending out 1-2K HTML pages with no images, then potentially thousands of pages per minute.

If each page you send out has 200K of images in it, then maybe 3-4 page loads per minute.

What's "basic broadband"? To some that's 512kbit down, 64bit up. To others it's 5mbit down, 2mbit up.
