I need 1 free host for design web and forum for my class. This year, my class'll finish highshool cause we want our class have 1 web and forum. Can you help me? I want 1 free host about 500MB space, bandwith about 5GB, support PHP&MySQL, FTP, Cpanel. I hope you help me and wait your reply. Help me.

Why would you need 5 GB of data transfer for just a class of students using a forum?

you still haven't answered the questions and, with that amount of stuff, you certainly won't need that much space and probably not that much bandwidth either.
