cant get to my ftp from outside

vsftpd running on redhat 8 ....useing xinetd

can get in from lan as anonymous
cant get in from outside of lan

port 21 is forwarded through a belkin router....

I know this has been posted bfore regarding ftp on internal networks with port forwarding... but I will mention it again. Pardon, if I am being too simplistic.

Do you have port 20 open too? Data port is 20, connection is 21.

you can ftp using a console in xp but not exploder??? weerd??

you know how to fix that????
