configuring milter in sendmail 8.12.5-7

i want to configure milter in sendmail 8.12.5-4
so from that filter michnisum i can do what ever filtering i want
for that i want to configure milter
i can change in .mc file
INPUT_MAIL_FILTER( ... , ...)
but i don't know what to write in it
and how to filter it
i want copy of each outgoing and incoming mail

i m using red hat 8.0 linux

Looks like nobody knows an answer to your problem. I was just curious if you ever figured it out?
