I was wondering how many 16slot servers i can host on 1 physical server with a Dual Xeon 2.8ghz Server. Dont worry about the internet connection as its 100mbps connection

There are 3 ways but -port ##### or +ip ###.###.###.### is required to separate the servers for the network connetion.
....... The simple yet wasteful way:
Have an entirely separate file set for each user or server.
Windows ex: C:\HLServer1, C:\HLServer2 C:\HLserver3...
Linux ex: /home/username1/hlds, /home/username2/hlds, /home/username3.

so basically you can have as many as ur computer and connection will allow.
