Anyone know how to ban the upload of a certain extension in Cpanel?

You don't ban such things in cpanel, but by excluding extensions in your upload php script.

I think he wants to stop some scripts from being seen in Cpanel.
You can make certain packages in WHM only have some scripts available - you need to do that for that particular cpanel account
